“Very nice location, big space, well eqipped, good price for value. Streets are loud in evening.”
The best

Very good location, close to the city centre, the beach, the shops, and literally everything. Big space for 1-2 people, big bed, decent equipments in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was ok, not the best mattress for me, but I could sleep well. The price was nice for the value (in off season, january)

To be improved

The streets in this part of the city are loud on busier days evenings, and the metal structure windows are very bad at soundproofing. The toilet was only flushable with the small flush button, but they probably fixed that already.
