Personally, I liked the location: there is a metro station 3 min away, I walked around 35 min to Ciudad de Las Artes y las Ciencias, I walked 20 min to the beach There are supermarkets around and the area feels safe for a solo traveler

To be improved

Some furniture was a bit damaged, and I really missed having at least a fork and a spoon as kitchen utensils
