There was an ant infestation in my room, we didn’t have hot water until the 6th day of our 7 day trip, the bath water was brown. The management service was confusing- sending messages asking the same questions in multiple channels and while they reply quickly, rarely received helpful answers or resolution. The person who checked us in didnt give us the front door code and it took one hour and five calls (with my family stuck outside) to resolve. Small point - It is on the 5th floor with no elevator - make sure that’s ok for you.

It was 4 flights up and one of our party was recovering from an injury but the apartment was wonderful

The apartments are poorly maintained. It feels like they are not looked after. The rooftop veranda was absolutely dirty and not prepared for relaxation. Clouds of dust appeared on the floor after just two days. My wife had to clean and wash the floor several times herself, as cleaning is not provided. This is with such a high price as in a very expensive hotel. In addition, my child met a cockroach in the bathroom. And in the kitchen in the living room we chased termites. Many light switches do not work. The heater on the terrace was on the whole time we were staying and it did not turn off. I immediately warned the check-in staff about this after checking in, but no one came to fix it in 2 weeks.
