The best

Really good location beside Teatro Cervantes - close to everywhere, lots of eateries, bars, few mins walk to centre, lovely terrace which gets sun most of the day, really comfortable bed

To be improved

As it is close to the centre there is some noise through the night from the street but it isn't too loud as you're 4 floors up so it's more of a background thing. Main issue was sudden loud noise from others opening and closing the front door during the night, it is an old heavy door that really needs to be pulled hard to get it to close properly - even though I was 4 floors up the noise from that was so loud I thought someone was banging on my apartment door in the middle of the night, which gave me quite a fright until I realised what it was. Otherwise no noise from neighbours at all, very quiet.

The 4 floor walk up the stairs, it was fine for us as a younger couple but I know our parents would have trouble
