“Great stay for three nights, perfect localización”

The best

Extremely comfortable beds! Big kitchen, great to have two bathrooms. Localización awesome for seeing everything around. However it may be loud during the night. Small but very nice balcony.

To be improved

It would be great to add additional amenities to kitchen like salt or more tea.

The best

The property manager welcomed us professionally. We were happy to be able to check in earlier than planned. The appartement was perfect for the 6 of us (3 couples).Well decorated and clean appartement. There was more than enough space in every bedroom. The beds were like a 5 star hotels. We cooked our meals in a modern and functional kitchen with plenty of utensils and dishes. However we would have appreciated basic stuff like oil, salt and pepper; there was absolutely nothing left from previous renters (as if someone had taken everything back home...) . The living room and dining room were perfect. The building was clean and felt safe. The elevator was appreciated. The only downside was the noise at night coming from the near-by bar, discotheque and restaurants. The two rooms facing the street were affected by the noise. The third one was quiet. Being in the center of the old town it was to be expected. It was worse on Friday and Saturday. The trick is to go out and party with them or to buy good ear plugs! We did both! The location was perfect to visit Malaga: tons of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and museums. We rented a car and parked in a safe underground parking just one minute from the appartement.

To be improved

There were no basics like salt & paper, a bit of cooking oil or coffee to get us going. Quite a bit of noise from the street affecting two of the bedrooms. Earplugs required (it was expected though...).

I didn’t like that there was no vacuum cleaner and a proper ironing table. Also the sofa in the living room was not good for sitting but its mattress is good

“Family of Girls - Pre Xmas Trip”

Living4Malaga office staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early as the room was ready, but we would have been able to store luggage at the office if needed. Very central location in Malaga, close to all facilities. Pedestrian only though, need to consider type/ amount of luggage. Approx 15-20mins from airport- the Taxi price difference between arrival and departure was 25 & 45Euro (5 people/3 suitcases in a large vehicle) Superb apartment fully equiped, very clean, had everything you would need for holiday. Really smartly decorated, beds extremely comfortable. Lots of storage space. Would definately stay there again, highly recomended.

To be improved

Our fault probably but couldnt work the air con ,the group felt the living room area was a bit cold. Did have some ants in the apartment, around the balcony door, but didnt spoil our stay. Our area/ malaga centro is mainly pedestrian only- did have some difficulty ordering a taxi to the airport, and understanding where the collection point would be. We just should have planned that better and an understanding of the language would have helped us !
