“Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price”

We booked the Golden Suite with Living4Malaga for 11 nights (€1360). While the apartment was in a good location and clean, our overall experience was disappointing.

To be improved

Check-in was inconvenient, we had to walk 10 minutes from the apartment to collect the keys, which was difficult with luggage. The apartment was quiet with windows closed, and for the first day and a half, everything was fine. However, the air conditioning stopped working, and we couldn't sleep due to the heat. We contacted the company, and they initially said it would be fixed that day. Hours passed with no update. When we followed up, we were told a specialist would come the next day. I asked to speak to a manager due to the inconvenience at this price point, but I was told “no.” By the third day, the AC still wasn't fixed. We were eventually moved to another apartment at their main office, but it was on the first floor of a very busy street with zero soundproofing. Even with earplugs, the street noise made sleeping difficult. The relocation took up a lot of our time and energy during the holiday. We had to repack, wait for the move, and carry our luggage again. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book with Living4Malaga again.

“Malaga is great destination and Living4malaga Golden Suite is the appropriate base for a stay there!”

The Living4malaga Golden Suite is a very welcoming and very well located apartment walking distance to some of the main attractions of Malaga (Markeco Central almost on the doorstep, Playa de la Malagueta, Catedral de Malaga, ...). My partner and I enjoyed our stay there and can wholeheartdly recommend it to future vistors!

To be improved

The key to the apartment had to be picked up from the rental agency which is quite a distance away from the apartment itself. We were warned in advance though and it allowed us to discover a bit of the city before settling in into our abode.
