there were a number of incidents that had a very negitive impact on our holiday. On arrival into the apartment, we noted black pubic hair in the bathroom. One of the agents was present and herself took pictures. Cleaners were tasked to "reclean". Then the entry to the building was impacted by the virtual codes not working. We were made aware that there was a system reboot and new codes were assigned. We eventually had to recieve a fob off the agent to enter. So, on our first few hours in Malaga we could not venture far as we were worried about being able ro safely enter the building. Sad to say our experiance did not get better. When ringing to ask about the pool entry it was suggested that we were not using the door corretly, only to be told by a maintenace guy it was fob access. Only for the previous code errors we would not have had access to the pool. There was maintenace of a apartment above us where we were met with loud noises early in the morning. When we spoke to a agent they said it was not their problem and to use noise cancelling earphones. There were none. The agent assured us that they would supply them and they arrived 2 days later only for the construction work to continue throughout the week. The worst thing to happen us though was on Thursday night into the early hours of Friday morning we returned to the apartment after being out for drinks and dinner to find the code to the apartment had being changed. We were not made aware of this change. I am sure you will agree this is totally unacceptable. We were tourists in a city for the first time and were panicing that we were locked out of somewhere safe to sleep. This was the 3rd time in 4 days codes had been changed. On our final night we decided to book a hotel nearby as we just did not have confindence in this property, we had no peace of mind or felt safe. This property then tried to bribe us not to leave this review
