The best

location was excellent. property was very clean and comfortable with good provision of equipment (hair dryer, coffee maker etc)

To be improved

Shower head difficult to manoeuvre and often fell off the wall. The map provided in the apartment was awful and left us disorientated for the first few days. once we worked out where we were we realised we were very close to everything and location was perfect!

Good location Staff helpful in the office and useful we could leave our bags on arrival and leaving day

To be improved

A welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee would have been nice, (there was only a couple of coffee sachets) also some info on local cafes, restaurants etc would have been helpful. We were told we had to phone the office to get into the property via electronic lock when we arrived which I thought might be expensive using my mobile phone - a bit complicated- but in the event someone buzzed us in.
