Collected the keys but it was not obvious at all where the apartment was. No door number. Ended up just trying the keys in various locks until a door opened

Reception staff were easily contactable by message and we were able to access the accommodation a little earlier than the normal check in time. Staff courteous and helpful

We were directed to the main reception which was closed, then redirected to a temporary reception a further 5 minutes walk away. I don’t understand why I wasn’t messaged with the revised address at the outset. Otherwise everything else was perfect
