Couch uncomfortable, not enough dishwasher tabs, not enough tea towels, cooker constantly tripping the fuseboard, noisy next door,, shower tray leaking, only one key supplied, 3rd floor, no number on door, balcony rail should be higher. Curtains are see through.

The main thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the apartment. I checked the reviews before booking it and couldn’t believe it was the same ‘clean’ apartment people described in their reviews. After contacting the agency, they sent someone to clean the apartment the next day. The floors were really dusty; the sofa in the living room is worn out and stained and needs replacement; dirty floor and wall tiles in the bathroom; mold in the shower; no ventilation in the bathroom; stained bedsheets and even the curtains in the living room; there was an odd smell in the closets in the bedroom; some of the closets were filled with unneccessary things - old rolled carpet and some bathroom? tiles; no dish drainer in the kitchen. There wasnt a coffe table and two chairs on the balcony, as presented in the photos on booking. Also, you could put a smart tv in the living room so that people can watch e.g. netflix in the evenings. You can tell the apartment was recently renovated, but the agency needs to hire new cleaning service. It is a bit pricey so people don’t expect such a dirty apartment.

Not quite good equipped - missing kitchen towels, dishes sponge, broom, vacuum. If you are staying for a longer time it’s hard to clean. Two rolles of toilet paper for a week stay for two people. One dishwasher tablet. I know that it’s not a hotel but still some essentials would be good to keep the place clean during the stay.
