This 2nd floor (with lift) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. The bedrooms are large and one had an ensuite. Perfect for our group of three. It can comfortably accommodate more guests. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything appears new. It was also very quiet. The company we booked through is excellent. We were able to leave our luggage and go exploring.

To be improved

It would have been nice to have some outside space.

We have family in Malaga who have lived in this area for decades, so are very familiar with it. You cannot get much more central than this. The apt itself is beautiful, with high quality everything and very well equipped compared to a lot of places we have stayed in Malaga. There are smart TVs in the living area and both double bedrooms. Great wifi. We were there for a week and did not hear a peep of noise from the street or neighbours. You are on a very quiet one way street. You may see your across the street neighbours on their balconies, doing chores in the morning and just hanging out in the evening, but you can't hear them unless you have your windows open, which in an air con apt you just don't do. You have a Mas supermarket at the end of the street for pretty much everything. Cafe Regina on the corner for morning coffee where the locals hang out and about 100 other good places to eat, drink or shop within 10 mins walking distance.

To be improved

You need to call the company to let them access you remotely into the building and then into the apt on arrival, which they do not tell you until you arrive, even after many questions about this exact issue. They are just vague about the access options, which even as seasoned travellers we found stressful. We did not get the access info until after our flight had landed and we were in the taxi on the way there. Once you are in there are physical keys in the apt for you to use. This particular block has 2 lifts and the lift to this apartment is well hidden. You enter the building and and go right, then up 2 steps and then on the right is the lift to the apt.

Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The lock was already broken upon check-in, a problem that was negligently ignored by the staff, leading to us being locked out for hours in the middle of the night. The replacement accommodation they scrambled to provide was depressingly inadequate, lacking even the most basic comforts such as clean bedsheets or a functional toilet. Throughout this ordeal, the company’s response was indifferent at best, leaving us feeling abandoned and deeply disrespected.
