Directions to apartment were directed to a local. The address was misleading. Took 45 mins and a kindly local for us to find building on opposite side of road that had been indicated. No indication on buildings relating to Ventura 1. Could not get garage key to work. Had wait till following day to have replaced by a charged one. Shower head broken Toaster does not work, could easily blow up. Italian coffee pot does not work. Instructions for air condition would be useful. Agency are friendly but vlised most of the time due to a holiday we were not made aware of Main shutter broke down leaving us in the dark without a balcony but was immediately fixed. Great service.
