“Superb”
The best

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, this one-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street close to the bustling San Jacinto Street. Within less than 5-minute walking distance there are four supermarkets, and Mercado de Triana is 7 minutes away. Main tourist sites such as the Cathedral of Seville are an easy 25-minute stroll away. There are also bus routes nearby.

To be improved

Though the apartment itself is modern and clean, this area seems to attract ants (we've read reviews about lodging options in this neighborhood, and this has been mentioned more than once). Tip to repel them: smear some dishwasher detergent at the legs of the table and the bottom of the kitchen counter!
