Booked a room with separate beds and received a room with one bed

We booked two rooms - a family room and a double room. At first glance, the hotel is ok, but it clearly has a problem with moisture. We were traveling with a one-year-old child and I was afraid that the hotel had fungus under the floor panels, which were clearly raised by moisture. Additionally, there was a very strong smell of chlorine. But that wasn't the worst - my sister and her husband got a double room without a door to the bathroom... The staff didn't see a problem and refused to change the room unless it was for an extra fee. They told us that this was the design, but the evacuation diagrams clearly marked the bathroom door, maybe they ran out of money for it during the renovation? Unfortunately, the complaint with the facility and booking.com did not bring any results. My child had very serious health problems a month after our stay, she was hospitalized for unknown reason, one of the theories was poisoning and now I wonder if it was due to some fungus or chlorine in the Llaut facility... She's ok now, but I don't reccomend travelling with children to this hotel.

Some more toiletries could have been provided and a QR code in the room to order drinks. Except this, our stay was perfect!

The chlorine smell in the room is so strong that even we open the window for several hours didn’t disappear. No proper duvet, although September time is not that cold, but when you open air con you need cover. The bedsheet provided feel sad on your bad. Sticky and not warm. No kettle and the tape water is so salty.

For the price paid this hotel needs an iron in the room and a coffee machine or a kettle. There’s a little fridge which is nice but nothing else. Bedding was just a duvet cover without duvet. Breakfast starts at 8:30 so before that there’s no way to get any coffee or tea. The bar is in the same place as the pool. Bar closed on Tuesday so that means no guests from the hotel can use the pool on Tuesday.
