What can I say about this apartment? I’m not one for doing reviews but I would always be the one to look at reviews before booking as I literally can’t be bothered most of the time but on this occasion we felt compelled. The apartment was as the photos “beautiful through out as new, fresh & clean with everything you could ask for “fair play to the owners” we had a wonderful two week stay and on the cloudy days really enjoyed kicking about he apartment. Very comfortable with everything you could ask for, treated it as if it was our own. The complex and swimming pool was also spotless. The security and general maintenance staff were also friendly, we felt right at home. We also meet one of the neighbours who was pleasant and got friendly with and one of the neighbours cats “Lucy” she liked to visit us on occasions. We have never been at this location before so did’t know what to expect. Everything is only 10-15 minutes away by car shopping malls & restaurants. Car would be well recommend for this location.

One thing you need to know about booking this apartment? When we paid for the apartment Booking.com confirmed everything and strongly stated under NO circumstances make any other payments outside of the booming.com platform due to scammers. Getting close to the holiday I was being contacted through whats-app by a third party “In Rooms” asking to register with them and make a payment of £440 euros for the reservation of the apartment. I didn’t do this as I felt the payment wasn’t through the booming.com platform so I ignored it and though when I get to the apartment/office I will sort it out. When we got the the apartment there was no office near by and couldn’t gain access. At this point we had no choice but to contact “In Rooms” which resulted driving to another locations 10-15 min via car for the keys and parting with €440 security deposit. The “In Rooms” guy Carlos was friendly enough and explained the situation which made me feel more comfortable. Just be aware you then need to register with “In Rooms” via-online with all your details and everyone staying at the apartment, date of births, passports details and photos of everyone, trust me it’s ridiculous and time consuming. In-fact the information they are holding made me feel very uncomfortable, this sensitive information, it should not be held by a third party cleaning service, I really hope they are secure. The only other thing to mention: There is a complex being built just in front of the apartment. Yes there is all sorts going on between working hours which didn’t bother us in-fact it was nice to see someone else working for a change. Over all the question is would you go again: Yes I would, apartment was great, thanks for stay.😊
