Very nice and even luxurious apartment in the heart of the city, very near the beach. The apartment was very tidy, and all the small things were in order. The scene from the balcony was fabulous, both in day and night

The property was new and modern. The location was excellent, right in the city center near the beach and restaurants. Luis and his wife were great hosts!

We spent 3 nights in the property managed by Luis. Located on the 14th floor in a building with concierge, it has spectacular views of the city, its port, and the mountains surrounding Las Palmas. The apartment is newly refurbished, with brand new kitchen appliances, air conditioning, bathroom fixtures, furniture and decoration. With an open feel and lots of light, it had everything we needed during our stay. It has plenty of storage, and an underground parking place is available for an additional cost. The communication with Luis was excellent and we are happy we chose this property for our stay in Las Palmas.
