View of a concrete wall. Lifts didn’t work and someone broke the lock to the front gate so we had to climb over the wall every time we entered the property. No support from Room Service at all.

“Nice apartment but having no access to the indoor pool meant the stay was ruined”
To be improved

No access to indoor pool. A long time was spent talking to Guest Services for access to the indoor pool and I was only informed I could get the keys to access this on my day of departure. Our main reason for choosing this apartment wa stop use the indoor pool.

Bath towels were a bit small. Vacuum cleaner not charged and no way to charge it.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and a huge balcony. All equipment supplied that’s needed. I would say a small welcome pack would be good, just a few basics. Would certainly recommend

The best

Facilities in the property were very good. Parking was excellent, very safe and easy with luggage on arrival and departure. Terrace/balcony was very spacious with great outdoor furniture.

To be improved

The location was a bit far from town and the beach when walking several times a day.
