“Great place to stay”
The best

Fully equipped kitchen, good quality mattresses, clean, lego and other toys for kids, no noise outside, beach equipment, lot of space, pets allowed, free parking not too far from the house. Good food stores around (in the biggest one you can even ask to prepare bought see food. It's free of charge). A variety of amazing beaches both sand and stone (10-20 mins drive).

To be improved

Some points to fix to make a vacation even better: no air conditioners, hard to sleep when hot (however, three fans help a bit); no washing machine (a paid public laundry only), and no BBQ facilities.
