SCAMMER, took my money 200 euros. I try to get it back in one month but they just scammed me.

Unexpected extra charges that were not advised on Booking - like a late check in fee after 20:00 of 40 Euros and a security deposit of 200 Euros that they charged to my account immediately. The apartment was noisy in a strange way, as if the windows were open when they were not. The access stairs are very narrow and steep - almost like a medieval castle. The immediate area (Barcelonetta) was quaint in the day time, but didn’t feel very safe at night - I would recommend getting a taxi home from the city centre if you are late (10 Euros). We had one incident with a very aggressive beggar and we saw someone else have a similar issue with a different beggar. Generally there was a lot of anti-tourist activity in Barcelona which we found unwelcoming.
