“Disappointed and frustrated”

They did not communicate the parking options upon check in. I specifically asked about parking and the check in. She did not have the answer and said she would get back in touch with me. She did not. Then, parked in the only neighborhood normal parking, I was towed. I spent my only free day in Barcelona figuring out how to get my rental car out of the police station. I later learned everything about parking in this area and can say that it is not a convenient or affordable location to have a rental car. This administrative mistake cost me an additional $400 and more importantly my only free day to see Barcelona.

“Nice comfortable apartment with good facilities but has a steep and narrow stairs, and a noisy area.”

The property is in a good location to walk to the beach or to the metro station. The apartment is very clean, new, spacious and had everything you need.

To be improved

The stairs way is very narrow and steep. The noisy neighbour hood with sound from people returning home late at night.

Great location, new furniture and all necessary electrical appliances. It is big enough to create a feeling of home. We loved it, we would love to come back again!

To be improved

We received a remark about excessive noise from the company, which was not justified in our opinion. Apparently, there are neighbors who are very keen on the subject. There must be considerable silence after 10:00 p.m. Everything else is great!

The best

Close to the beach, gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious compared to others I’ve stayed in. Would 100% stay here again. Check in was easy and Daniel was friendly and welcoming. FYI - I booked through Booking and had to have a deposit taken when I checked in, just something to be aware of when you book. Stairs are very narrow and quite steep so bear this in mind if you have large luggage or limited mobility.

The inside was modern and clean.

The stairs were quite dangerous with the railing being well below waist height at times. The area and street weren’t great.
