“Good location, nice & clean apartment. However no elevator... And Tricky to find entrance”

Great location, very nice and clean apartment, brand new.

To be improved

A bit tricky to find the entrance, as the street number is covered by a pipe just on top of the main door. No elevator, inconvenient if you have to carry big suitcases (5th floor).

The location is great next to the beach and many small restaurants and grocery stores.

To be improved

It has a strong sewage smell emanating from the bathroom that if you don't close the door, the whole place will smell like sewage.
