No air con in main bedroom No window in bathroom Was a shame to get comms about checkout the day before, morning - felt a bit rushed - we only checked on late night before (staying for 2 nights)

Location, shower was great with good pressure, facilities were available as described such as air con and washing machine. Apartment was definitely spacious with a fantastic balcony to enjoy seeing Barcelona as it is intended.

To be improved

Only issues would be that we couldn’t contact the property provider via WhatsApp, which was the only method we had available as travellers. With second issue being that we couldn’t access the cable network due to no PIN number being available.

“Location is great, apartment is spacious, but bathroom is very smelly. Too many forms to fill for developped EU country”

Location is great - in the heart of the enormous Barcelona, so it’s easy to navigate and around the center. Property was clean and spacious, staff was supportive and responsive over Whatsapp messages (during check-in and reminded in advance about necessary the steps needed- see under disadvantages.

To be improved

Perhaps pricy for Booking this apartment on Booking.com does not end there, I had to fill out 2 more check-in forms - one for apartment, another regarding potential damage cover (charge on payment card). Form stuck also, forcing me to refill it twice. Elevator stuck with my kid inside, this made kid and us freak out. So, thread carefully when and if using elevator. Stinky bathroom, perhaps sewage pipes have crack and leaking somewhere causing this disgusting smell.
