Good location, lots of shops restaurants close by. Max person meeting us with the keys was nice and helpful with information re shops etc.

To be improved

The flat was musty, smelly and cold. Not suitable for children, elderly or anyone with mobility issues. No elevator and 85 steps up to appt. 200 euro deposit taken and to be refunded 2 weeks after departure. Run by local accom agency so have to deal with 2 agencies if difficulties arise. Would not use again.

“Urban stay with old eqipment”

Location is pretty good. Evev though our arrival was 00:30 AM due to flight delay, the staff was kind to wait and preceed the check-in / explanation.

To be improved

Lift is NOT eqipped. It is required to climb to 3rd floor with heavy luggage. Draiage of shower unit was so poor that over-flow of water was happened every time.

“Nice unit, typical older building, a long climb at end of day/night, but quiet bedrooms.”

The best

It's in a convenient location with numerous local bars and restaurants in the area, and the Metro and bus not far. The unit is above the street trees and has a bright living area, with busy street noise below. Bedrooms are at the back and much quieter.

To be improved

There was some confusion by the management company that had us go to another property then back to the booked property. Though they did pay for the taxi costs. The apartment is not big but quite nice, not a great quality renovation but OK. The common areas are shabby and the walk up 5 floors could be challenging for some. Nice kitchen, but short on electrical outlets for appliances. Small flimsy corner showers. One towel per person (!?).

The cleanliness was below expectations, the kitchen had an unpleasant smell, and the shower cabin was broken. Additionally, the lack of a lift made it difficult with the number of stairs. Does the job but not great especially considering the cost. Value for money is poor.

Location of where we were was great, we had two shops open late below us and we were only a 15 minute drive from the Airport

To be improved

The stairs could possibly be a struggle for those with children or elderly people. But it I was fine for us in our stay
