Ira, the host, was fantastic, she addressed the queries very very quickly. Infact our flight landed in Alicante at 10am and I requested if we could check in earlier, to my surprise and as comforting for my family, we were able to check in earlier than 3pm. I asked Ira multiple questions, both on booking.com app and also on the WhatsApp chat and she was very quick to respond, always patient and very very helpful. The room size was decent, it had all basic amenities, which are required when on a holiday. Downside was the location, which was a bit far from the city centre, but we walked on most of the days to up our step count and stay healthy. Also, there was no room service, which was a bit disappointing, but I understand that reflected in the cost, as this property was very well priced.

To be improved
