“Can be better if maintained better”
The best

Good location considering the part of the town. Bed is comfortable. Clean bathroom and clean fridge. AC was good.

To be improved

Sofa and dining table are worn out and sofa was not clean. Bad linen was stained. Kitchen wall is moldy. There were ants and a cockroach in kitchen drawer so we didn't use kitchen. No mosquito nets.
