The location and the open concept & high ceilings

To be improved

The door/window are not isolated. Given that you are in a main floor/street apartment, you could hear people's conversations and the garbage truck as if they were in the room with you. For those that have trouble sleeping, like my husband, a good seat of earplugs is necessary.

“Retiro Park facing apartment in Madrid”
The best

We liked it across from Retiro Park, which is across from the Prado Museum. Close tapa bars, restaurants, Bakeries, and Mercado. The property manager Noelia was pleasant and professional.to deal with.

To be improved

The apartment was cold. The heater/air conditioner combo was located it an inappropriate location, so it was not efficient in heating the space. Due to the apartment door being right at the s/w of the road, it was noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, better pack some earplugs.
