“Trendy little apartment in the heart of Oviedo's old town”
The best

Unbeatable location in the heart of the old town, everything in walking distance, yet surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Pleasant little outside space. Clever use of limited space and tasteful funky wall art made for a comfortable short stay

To be improved

Difficult to access the property by car. The parking space offered is fine, but a few minutes walk away. Best not to bring much luggage

Amazing little place that makes you feel like a local. Feels more like home, rather than a classic sterile hotel. It's ibvious that the owner puts some love into the place. I'd definitely stay there again.

The best

The location was great and the apartment quite spacious. Sandra was one of the nicest hosts. Although we only communicated via message she made sure everything was alright and it felt like she really cares about her guests. Access was super easy via door code.

To be improved

It could have been a bit cleaner. Also some things in the apartment could need fixing and refurbishment. Overall it's ok for a couple of days.

The best

Everything was nicely presented. The host thought of small touches that were appropriate and welcoming. She was attentive and flexible.

To be improved

The apartment is a bit small and unfortunately it smelled of smoke, so much so that we were unable to sleep. It helped a bit to close the bathroom door, but that just worsened the smell in that room, so much so that we never took a shower. If the host fixes this problem, the apartment is quite wonderful.
