“Lovely loft in a nice area”

The best

The location,close to Getxo and Metro with excellent public transport.The area is quiet and seems safe.Worth a short trip on the Puente Colgante to visit Portuleguete.

To be improved

Lock on front door very tricky to open.Needs a new one as it's not pleasant to arrive and waste time trying to open the door and only 2 doors as a main door at the sides of plants ,in between ,which leave the front door exposed with no protection .Anyone can cross over as far as front door.They are working directly above the main bedroom on the building and it can be seen through the window in the ceiling.This hadn't been mentioned when booking.

“Two bedroom apartment but only one bed made up!”

It was in a great situation, right beside the Bizkaia Bridge, and good walking to beaches (the furthest beach was best for swimming). After complaining to Booking.com that we'd booked a 2 room apartment, but only one bed was made up, the owner did give us a 10% refund,

To be improved

This accommodation was unsatisfactory. We are two friends travelling. We do not sleep together. We booked, and paid for accommodation with 2 bedrooms, but only one bed was made up, in one room. The only person we could contact said the owner wouldn't permit the bed in the other bedroom to be made up. And it was advertised having a kettle, and a toaster, neither is provided. The ceiling fan, and several of the lights don't work. The windows are covered, so it feels like you're locked up in a very dark building with no views outside, except when you open the door.
