“Avoid this place”

To be improved

Once we arrived host wouldn't reply calls, dropped our calls from different phones within an hour. We had to contact booking support and raise the issue. The lodge provides no privacy. No heat at winter. Lazy host who only promises this and that but doesn't walk the talk. Once we left and booking.com discussed the issue with host, host texted to my whatsapp he made photos in bedroom. I provided booking.com screenshots. Received significant refund from booking.com based on all proves that i provided.

“It’s a lovely place and the hosts were great. Nice pool and quiet surrounds. · Cons: The apartments could have more utensils etc - chopping board, bread knife, toaster etc. The stay was on the expensive side so we had expected all you’d need in a self catering spot. But overall we were happy.”
