Couldn’t sleep, 3 sleepless nights! While trying to fall asleep you have every night the garbage truck cleaning up the containers in front of the building The toilet drain passes on the ceiling you can see it but every time someone above us flushed the toilet while you sleeping you wake up frightened, the sucking noice is so loud. Comfort is Zero waste of my money!

To be improved

Poor conversion with little or no soundproofing. A view of the bins too. Party next door kept us up all night due to lack of soundproofing. Very basic,not good value. Spend your money elsewhere

The best

Overall the place is nice. You have everything you need: kitchen and equipment for it, washing machine, etc. all is clean. Design is also quite nice. I personally liked the area: shops and cafes. And no loud cars and people at night.

To be improved

Indeed noise isolation is very bad. Especially on the "up floor" there are constantly water noise, it can be hard to sleep ( because it is quite loud), luckily it was not so often. You can hear neighbors very well too. Another issue is ventilation in bathroom. If you shower and wet the floor, it will not dry out, you need to leave one door of apartment open.
