It was a little bit noisy because of the thin wall between the neighbers. We could hear everything they were talking about. Which means they can hear you too. After 23.00 it was quiet so it doesnot disturb your night rest. We Stayed for 3 night and would have loved an extra set of towels. But i am sure that we would recieved one if we asked for it. The host is friendly en helpfull!

The best

This property was a bad experience. Nerja is a wonderful town and there are other good places to stay...this is not a good property. The description is misleading...The property is not a loft and it is not a one bedroom apartment. This is a studio with a small sitting area. PLUMBING IS A PROBLEM: - You are not allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. This is not in the description or the rules prior to booking this property. When you arrive at to property there is a sign in the bathroom (Spanish language only) stating there is a 1000 EURO FEE if you clog the toilet. There is a very loud plumbing/grinding noise every time you run the water in the bathroom. - The shower does not drain properly. - The air conditioner leaks, so the owner added a tube running from the AC to a large bottle (See Attached Photo). The AC constantly drips and creates an annoying noise all day and night. This bottle needs to be emptied daily. NOISE: - The walls are very thin. The owner of the property lives next door to the rental apartment and you can hear everything. - The apartment is located above a children's playground so there are kids screaming and dogs barking all day. - There is also noise from a restaurant located directly below the apartment. DESCRIPTION DETAILS: - Overall description of apartment is misleading. This is not a one bedroom apartment. It is a studio with a small sitting area. - As others have stated in reviews, the oven does not work. - Terrible blankets, we had to purchase our own blanket. Pillows are dirty and uncomfortable. - There is an ironing board, but no iron. - Kitchen equipment is old and low quality.

Do not rely on the description of this property. We booked the property based on previous reviews...these reviews and the description of the property are misleading. There are several items in the description that are not included in the apartment. There is nothing in the description or the rules stating that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet (1000.00 EURO Fee to renter if toilet clogs for any reason).
