Loft La Nogalera

Our experience started badly from the very first day. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work, and we were left waiting outside with our luggage for almost two hours until the owner arrived to let us in, not a great way to begin an 8-day stay. While we were on our way, the owner informed us that the built-in electric cooker wasn’t working. Instead, he’d left a very small portable electric hot plate in the cupboard, more like a toy than something suitable for cooking real meals for two adults. Once inside, we discovered the air conditioning didn’t work at all. When we reported it, the owner said no one had told him before. These basic checks really should have been completed beforehand. The bed was extremely hard, and I honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. To make matters worse, I found a lot of hair on the backs of the pillows and on the sheets, which was both unhygienic and off-putting. Overall, the apartment was not ready for guests and fell far short of expectations. We can not recommend this property based on our experience!!! Sadly, the owner was quite rude and passive-aggressive as well!!

No parking and air conditioner was not working I got towed and it cost me 300 eur I found out later they people that there was a parking 5 minutes away the host should’ve known and explained it to me
