Loft las letras

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was manageable. The AC would cool the lower part of the appartment better than the upstairs.

It was difficult to get into the place! The street door opened with the internet link but the door to the corridor where the three lofts are located up one flight of stairs would not budge. Good thing a family member travelling with me figured it out but it took a while. There was some confusion with our entry time. We had agreed on 3 PM with the management but when we arrived, the cleaner hadn't begun to clean our loft. Not a huge problem, so we went to find some food and drink and when we returned she was finishing. There are not enough sheets...the loft bed was made up but lacked a top sheet and was only covered with a winter weight comforter. Too hot for that now even with the AC on. The sofa bed which I used did not have a bottom sheet, only the quilted mattress cover/slip cover and the one top sheet available. One observation...there is no lift/elevator as it is a very old building. That should be pointed out clearly by management. The stairs to go up one floor are well maintained but slippery and warped towards the top and a bit treacherous for us older folks or for anybody. Just a word of caution to be careful. These observations aside, this is a wonderful place to stay. (Also, the sink cabinet unit in the bathroom (great shower, though!)is literally disintegrating from the poor ventilation and humidity ( no window and just a very small extractor). It should be replaced.)

The location is great. We could go walking everywhere. The sofabed was very uncomfortable, difficult to sleep, some places of the apartment have low ceilings so if you are more than 1,75 is very uncomfortable. The host doesn't take the calls or answer messages, only if you write on booking, so for urgent matters is very difficult. Very expensive for what it is.

1) Not the apartment we booked. This was small, dark and dingey with no street view or parking available (as booked for street view and parking). Parking is Eur45 a day no where near apartment 2) Poor timely communication. On checking in we were given the lock box to apartment 2, but apartment 3’s keys were inside. We opened apartment 3 and there were people already in there. 3 hours later we finally got an agent to help get us in and to offer us a new set of keys to apartment 2. No one ever came back, we had to use the wrong apartments keys for entry and exit. Other guests had a similar check in experience. 3) No privacy 4) Noisy (understanding it’s an inner city apartment) 5) Not as advertised. Old and run down. Bathroom tiles cracked. 6) Too expensive for what you received 7) Pathetic customer service when we needed help !
