Please be careful and don’t book. I went there with my 1 year old baby and when we entered there was no air to breathe. Because of the basement locations and the mold i already got headaches. I asked the owner for another room, but the said there was no other room and no air conditioning. The air conditioning is more than important to get air into the basement. There are three windows on the night of the street level. If you open only hot air comes in from the still hot ground and also cockroaches and other insects. I told them that I need a place for my baby and that she got problems to breathe there but they didn’t helped us. I had to stay the night outside the apartment on the beach, so my baby could find fresh air again and because it was 00:30 in the night and there was no other hotel possible to book. It was the worst nightmare for a parent alone with his baby and after such a toxic basement experience. They didn’t respond the next day my messages for refund. They ignored my messages on WhatsApp and email and also didn’t answer to booking.com. The took the 300 EUR for 3 days although I was there only for 30 minutes inside and went to all this nightmare in the night outside the apartment. This is not only unprofessional it is also scamming the customers!

From the moment I entered I notified the property manager that the door lock and handle was broken, the curtains were off the tracks and a chair was broken. Everyday i needed to message the property manager regarding the door issues, my daughter couldn’t get the door open for a few hours, I was locked inside and the property manager response was send a video. A person passing by assisted my daughter with opening the door and property staff arrived 2 hours later. The bathroom has a sewer smell, so i bought disinfectant and poured it into the bathroom drains daily to assist with smell. The studio is in the basement and there’s limited ventilation. The property manager responds fast with no resolution or concern . Also from the time I got inside the property, the manager sent daily reminders about how to leave the apartment.
