“Great Location- Poor Arrangements”

Location- in the heart of the old town. Great shower..

To be improved

After walking all day in hot weather, with full rucksacks, we then had to walk back out of the town for 2kms to another hotel to check-in and pick up the key. I complained and the manager did give us a lift back to our accommodation in her car. The dehumidifier was on when we arrived and there was a bit of a musty smell. All the windows had closed blinds that couldn't be opened so it felt like being in prison! Not enough toiletries.

The location and facilities were excellent. It was very clean. It was easy to take the keys, even they phoned me in advance to make sure where to pick up the keys.

To be improved

It was a little bit cold and the heating wasn't enough.

The place was great. Picking up the keys was a bit of a hassle but a great chance to hang out with the locals before you get stuck into the rest of the town.
