Almost everything was just perfect. The washing machine, on another occasion, could have been very useful.

Person who handed over the keys was kind, friendly, communicative. She was also embarrassed when she saw it.

To be improved

Apartment was dirty on arrival, around 6pm in the eve. Wet towels on the floor, bed unmade from previous people. Couldn’t get a shower before going out for the evening. Tried to contact the owner re: this subject several times. Predictably, no response.
