The best

It was near everything! The girl that came to give me the keys was really nice and polite.

To be improved

I had a big accident with the boiler. It exploded and the water went all around. I couldn’t stop it. And most dangerous thing was that i was in the shower. Hopefully i am fine. I stayed 1 day without water. They have serious problems with the toilet. Hope they fix it. I know it was not their direct fault, but for me, as a tourist it was really difficult. Also they wanted to transfer me to another apartment, far away from the centre and i obviously didn’t accept it. They modified the reservation for two days, and i will get the other days refund, that it wasn’t quite right, but anyway.
