“Good location/Dark, shoddy Rental”

The best

-Bed/mattress is great! -Bathtub with jets is awesome. (Though if you want a hot bath you can barely get the water above the jets before you run out of hot water) -Huge kitchen/large fridge/large counter -Washer AND dryer -Good location as it is near everything you would want to visit.

To be improved

-You can hear everything outside (people talking, cars driving by) -Feels like a fire hazard (see pictures) -Very poorly maintained -Old, clunky mush mash of furniture -Kitchen appliances/utensils low quality -Unsafe furniture/decor (sharp edges) -No streaming on TV’s (they provide a dev and dvds) -Looks like mold on one wall -look outlet right next to stove top -no hot water in one bathroom -dryer had no handle on door -the one sheet document with house instructions was so faded you could barely read it -Towels for bathroom were tiny -Pictures for rental are accurate but reality is a totally different feel.

“Spacious, ground floor loft.”

The best

It is truly unique, quirky in the best sense. It appears to be a converted garage, ground-floor, with smooth cement floors. A very spacious bed, and fully equipped kitchen, with dish washer, washer and drier. It has an open floor plan, and high ceilings, so one has a sense of spaciousness. Although ground-floor, it’s in a narrow quiet street.
