“Good location and responsive staff. Good in summer. Cold in winter”

Very responsive staff when arrived. Good video walking from parking to property. It’s better in summer. Cool, cave like In winter, late March, It was 50-60F outside and cold inside. Two heaters were insufficient so we were not comfortable staying in unit. Very loud at night with pedestrian traffic outside door and maybe neighbors.

I think would be nice to mention in the description as Apartment is located in the basement. Simply every apartment below level 0 has this specific smell of humidity. We still love bed and all apartment, nevertheless, would be good to know :)

“A short stay on the way through Spain”

The best

The location was very good only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and the mequita/cathedral. The wifi was very good. The shower was very powerful.

To be improved

The kitchen sink didn't have a drainer so water was able to flow over the work surface. There was nothing to dry crockery, pans and cutlery. It was below street level so that anyone walking by created a noise
