Loft Urbano City Center

The bathroom’s ventilation didn’t work. There is black mould forming on the ceiling. Also can be seen by the door swelling and warping. This is a serious issue and makes the entire apartment damp. Nothing dried and it is a really unhealthy environment to sleep in. The shower is also extremely small (we are not above average size) and it was very awkward to shower. No shelf for soap/shampoo. So small it was really difficult to bend down to pick up bottles on the floor…At one point there was no hot water. The couch is very uncomfortable and the mattress on the bed is very low quality. While the neighbourhood is generally quiet there is just very bad sound insulation. Any sounds/conversations from passers-by outside or from neighbours (TV’s etc.) could easily be heard.
