“Great, central location and very nice apartment”

The best

We really enjoyed staying here. I read the reviews previously and was concerned but it was very enjoyable. It is upstairs from a restaurant (on the 2nd floor) and really central (a few minutes to the cathedral). The apartment is gorgeous and very striking. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being so central and having everything in very close walking distance, especially for a short stay. We didn't have any issues with the hot water in the showers, as other reviews reported.

To be improved

It was fairly quiet except for the Friday night we were there, as the restaurant was busy. We could hear the customers and the staff clearing up up until after midnight and customers outside. We also wear earplugs and could still hear it, so it was quite noisy. There was air conditioning in the sitting room and back bedroom, but not the front one. That might get quite hot in the summer.

“With the tiniest bit of investment this could be fantastic, but it’s all a bit tired.”

The best

Location was excellent, right in the heart of palma. The property was also very spacious.

To be improved

Everything was a bit cheap and shabby, super uncomfortable beds, old pillows, tiny towels, showers that leaked and had scalding hot water that ran out.
