The WIFI and phone signal does not work on the back. Not really 2 bedrooms. Main TV not working. Strangers sitting on the doorstep. Only 2 small windows on the back facing a small internal building “hole”. The whole process is full of friction, they ask you to contact them on whatsapp and provide a phone number andan email, all outside Booking chat, against Booking recommendation to keep all communication in their chat. Most of the messages are canned messages that they copy and paste, some of them not very clear. You need to answer many times the same things. You need to pay the deposit outside Booking (I was charged twice by Booking, only refunded after 11 days of their mistake). They charge extra for the towels that is not mentioned in the page (but the towels are in the pictures, and they tell you that, only after you paid a non refundable reservation). After paying, and on check-in they send you not very friendly messages with the rules, that if you break them they will not refund you the 500 euros, and even can get evicted and a fine up to 12000 euros. You hear a lot of noise from the street day and night and they have decibles sensors to send you to jail if you make noise during night. They ask to take the garbage out and leave all clean (that was not very clean when we arrived), check out is at 11:00am (at 15:00 late checkout with extra charge), and garbage can be taken out only from 19:00 to 21:00. They provide only 1 set of key, for an apartment with capacity for 10 people. After asking, they provided me with an app, but only for one person. 2 set of keys is still not enough. The codes stopped working on check out day at 11:00, while we had arranged a late checkout at 15:00.
