1. It needs a thorough clean-up. Whoever cleaning it, is just ticking a box and not really caring. 2. It's in the ground floor with no soundproofing at all. Single glaze windows, a metal door... Whatever happens outside, you hear it inside. 3. Very uncomfortable beds. I get the living room couches, fine. But the double mattress in the bedroom... man, can't recal a worse one in the past 20 years.

Owner did not communicate effectively--he had the wrong address and, when called he just spoke very fast and, basically, made no real effort to communicate--he just kept shouting very fast. I hung up and his manager showed up and let us in...A real pain. Try listing the correct street and number!

The apartment is located at ground floor, at street level, sometimes a bit noisy in the morning.
