“Superb”
The best

Very nice, tidy, and clean apartment. The host was great, very friendly, and helpful. Metro station is close to the apartment (maybe 5-10 minutes away). The apartment has everything you need for staying there. We liked the neighbourhood with few tapas bars around.

The neighborhood is friendly, enjoyable, and not costly.

To be improved

Not the property's problem, but the bici share bike system right below it doesn't really work. A pity.
