“A little oasis in the fabulous city of Seville”

The apartment was brilliant, roomy, super clean and very relaxing. It felt like our oasis in the city! We were so pleased we booked the suite with the terrace and jacuzzi as it made our stay. The location is great - loved being in the Macarena area and easy to wander to everything. We can't wait to come back

To be improved

It was a shame the roof top pool was out of action - but we understand these things happen.

The location was excellent and ideal to have a hot tub and a large terrace area. The size of the apartment was also good.

“No views,no balcony but great airconditioning.”

Spacious duplex out the back of building. Great air-con,functional kitchen area,dishwasher washing machine etc. Modern and clean,nice safe neighbourhood,bars and restaurants walking distance.

Suite Carmen is out the back of the very nice converted building of flats,this flat has no balcony and gets very little natural light. There is not much privacy if the Jacuzzi flat underneath is occupied. Unfortunately we were woken up four mornings in a row at 7:10am to drilling and hammering. The pool/tub area was out of service being renovated. The guy drilled and banged all morning until lunchtime. This was very annoying as you can imagine- totally took from our holiday. Not sure why the owners could not have arranged for the tiler to work later so as not to disturb their paying guests also considering he finished at lunchtime everyday. I did communicate with a very courteous apologetic staff member and was offered a small discount,however this did not take from how intrusive this noise was four mornings in a row on our holiday. I had asked for a later checkout on our last day as our flight was not leaving until 11pm. This was refused,reason being staff would need to come in to prepare for new guests. Upon locking up on the Saturday morning at 11:30am there was not one member of staff to be seen or heard.Because of the intense heat we booked a very nice hotel around the corner and spent the day there.

Clean and well placed, felt safe.

To be improved

Lack storage ie bedside tables would be useful to have drawers instead. Also a more readable map would have helped enormously.

Clean and recently renovated. Everything you need to be self sufficient. Short walk to the bus to the city centre or a 20 minute walk directly to the city centre.
