The host was very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. When we arrived, he brought us the key and fresh drinking water at 1am. He provided us with everything we needed extra. The location of the apartment suited us, as it was in a quiet neighborhood of the city, where we could always find parking. The apartment was on the ground floor, clean and nicely furnished. It was big enough even for a family with five children. Our goal was to explore the island, so we didn't mind if there was no pool or beach nearby. The location of the apartment in the north of the island was also convenient, as we practically didn't need the air conditioning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail in every aspect—from the immaculate cleanliness to the thoughtfully designed spaces—exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. The property was super clean and spacious. When you walk in it felt like home. I made this trip with my family and there was enough space for all of us. The apartment was in a great location. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was extremely nice and available when needed. We will definitely book again when visiting Tenerife.
