“Fabulous location, community feel, has everything you need!”

The best

The location is fantastic & you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sun terrace is particularly great & accessible from the main bedroom. We were met at the property by the owner’s representative who was on hand for any issues throughout our stay & helped us with locating local services. We even had a bottle of Cava on arrival which was a lovely touch.

To be improved

Not a dislike as such but it would be useful to have a welcome pack or manual to explain things like the air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, local amenities, rubbish services, communal amenities etc.

“Beautiful beachfront villa, 💯 recommended!”

Excellent accommodation, great sea views from all floors. Beautiful beachfront villa in a safe gated community, if it’s available you are in luck! Very friendly and helpful staff.

To be improved

We stayed in February and it was cold outside. Nevertheless the owner did not allow us to use the heater. If we wanted to warm up above 20 degrees Celsius we would have to pay 24€ extra per day.

“Location, location, location”

The best

Lovely house in an enviable location on the front row of houses in this pleasant development. Super sea-views and a short walk down to the beach. Plenty of outdoor space with a terrace off of both bedrooms plus a small rear garden. Comfortably furnished and very comfy beds.

To be improved

Everything was fine. We went in October when the beach bars and the on-site pool had closed already for the off season. While the property has every type of appliance to make it easy for a family to feel at home and make meals etc, I think some appliances could benefit from a refresh.

“Great house for a perfect beach holiday”

The best

The house and location were excellent. A real beach house where you are just a few steps away from the ocean and an amazing beach (best one in the area) with a couple of great, super chilled chiringuitos to have great spanish food and drinks. The house is super comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay (from a fully equipped kitchen to beach loungers and great barbecue set). The ocean view from the house is stunning, particularly from the upstairs relaxing terrace. We also enjoyed a lot the beautiful swimming pool where there was very few people (in august!) and a lifeguard for the kids. We stayed in the house with 2 kids (7 and 5) and it was a perfect family holiday. We will definitely be back.
