A wonderful place to stay in the south of Tenerife. Incredible view of the ocean. The terrace of the apartment is 10-15 meters from the ocean. It feels like you are on the beach. The apartment is furnished with everything you need to feel at home.

The best

Great modern apartment with everything you need to self cater! Absolutely stunning sea view with the best sunsets :) We had a very peaceful stay here. The washing machine and washing liquids were very useful. Bathroom had 2 sinks and the shower was lovely and powerful. The neighbour was friendly, and quiet which we were grateful for as it was important to us for a relaxing break :)

To be improved

Only negative thing to mention really is the main bed, it creaks when you move so this needs attending to.. Also in the smaller bedroom, the bed is comfy but when next door neighbours comes out of their apartment the security light comes on and lights up the whole room, this was at midnight and again at 6am so something to be aware of.. Maybe fit a black out curtain over this window?

The location of the property is great, we have been to this area before and it does not disappoint. If we needed anything then Micky was there to answer any questions that we had :)

To be improved

It would be great to have some air con the smaller room too, even though my husband and I slept in the bigger room and enjoyed our air con, she did find it a little warm but, it did help having the big ceiling fan in the room.

Quiet location and amazing sea view. Nice apartment, sufficiently equipped, spacious. Private parking without the possibility of reserving a space - however, there was always a space available.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the bed in the bedroom creaked with every movement :-)

“Acceptable stay with some ceveats, and truly AMAZING terrace view and great location”

+ Amazing terrace view + Perfect location to reach everything we wanted on the South Tenerife + Amazing complec with beautiful garden, plants, modernist architecture, all very well taken care of + Great neighbours -- senior British and German teorusts mostly, all nice, smiling and helpful + Empty swimming pool which we could use for ourselves most of the time + The pool was heated, which is very much appreciated in January :-)

To be improved

- The parking space which we paid for was unavailable (the gate was being fixed), and we had to trouble ourselves with finding a parkin space on the street every single time, and it was not always easy to find something nearby. We were not offered any kind of compensation for this. - The swimming pool is only open from 9 am to 6.30 pm for some obscure reasons (there is no surveillance during the working hours anyway), so you're not really able to use it if you want to spend your holidays actively during the day. The pool is closed at the prettiest evening time, during sunset and when it's nicely lit. - In the apartment, there is a double bed, and ONE additional bed only. The other bed is sofa in the main (living) room, which is not very comfortable and should not be advertised as an additional bed. - You get only one key, which is used for the swimming pool as well, so if one person wants to leave the swimming pool early, you have a problem, as you either cannot go back to the apartment, or cannot leave the swimming pool area. - The room with the additional single bed has no windows and is quite stuffy. - The double bed in master bedroom did kind of squeaky noise when you move. Unacceptable for this price. - The windows are not very well sealed and you can expect numerous unwanted mosquito guests during the night, even if you get rid of them before going to sleep.
