“A bad experience.”

The best

Stay away from this dump. You registered in the morning and they make you come back in the late afternoon and wait in line again for two hours . Only one slow lady working the desk. Why one person at the busy time of day? What were they thinking? Hmmm...

“Good end to a great journey”

A very good rest after the Camino! Clean sheets, clean towel, sanitized blanket, good breakfast. What more could a traveler want? The height of the bottom bunk could be higher it's impossible to sit on your bed erect. There is individual lights and a shelf for charging though

“Terrible unhelpful people”

The front desk staff are unhelpful, rigid, rude and slow. How long can a check in take? They are going for the record with the controlling nurse Ratchit pair at the front desk. These power gloating librarian-types do their best to let you know they are in charge at all times, and that the check in process has to do with them having and demonstrating power, and not actually getting you into your room. Please fire these two, or put them in charge of bad debt collections in the back room somewhere.

“Excellent stay, value, convenience and customer service”

The best

Spent 2 nights here in a 4 person dorm ( 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed) after completing the Camino Inglese. Sheets, blankets, towel all included in price. Great value, plenty of space to relax, and hot showers. Kitchen facilities are a bit limited re. cups, plates but fridges, microwave, kettle etc. all available for self catering. Was very pleasantly surprised - counter staff are very friendly and helpful, and able to leave bag in storage on day before check in and also on day after check out to access the town more easily. Easily 10-15 minute walk to Cathedral, supermercado nearby.
