“Bad experience”

The villa was a very nice place with nice landscapes.

To be improved

When we arrive there we can't use any table to eat because it is covered with dust.In general the villa was not properly cleaned, we found the bed sheets already used(spoted),the toiles was dirty and a lot of dead cockroaches all over the villa,cutted nails and hair from the previous tourists. The hot water was a big issue for the whole week ,it came for a few minutes barely warm so it was no chance to have a proper shower. The swimming pool was very dirty ,and nobody bothered to come to clean it the whole week as nobody bothered to come and change the towels for the period we spent there (7 days) The big surprise was that after 3 days, we left the island, and we received an email to inform me that they found a mattress soils in urine(I was offended about this )despite the fact that they have tourist's after our leaving and the release the deposit for the villa. The communication with the agency was defectuous.
